Abstract:

      Waterborne polymer nanocomposites have got extensive attention due to its environmental friendliness, good processability and wide applications in coating and energy materials. The presentation will be given based on three research projects. Firstly, the cellulose fiber/polypyrrole conductive nanocomposites paper has been prepared through in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization with different dopants, demonstrating the enhanced conductivity, high stability, and mechanical properties. These products have been applied for anti-static, electromagnetic shielding and energy-storage materials.  

      Since 2010 we used the conducting polymers such as polypyrrole and polyaniline as the raw materials to fabricate waterborne conductive composites. These waterborne conductive composites can be directly used as the conductive ink or coatings to improve the conductivity and mechanical properties of the flexible paper, which is also suitable for large scalable production. 

     Another successful project is the synthesis of volatile organic compounds (VOC)-free polymer coatings for metallic anti-corrosion, enhancing paper mechanical properties and wood surfaces protection. VOCs are widely used as ingredients in household products, e.g. paints, varnishes, and wax that all contain organic solvents, which causes short- and long-term adverse health effects. The related talk will involve the design and properties of the waterborne poly(urethane-acrylate) coating, waterborne polyacrylate coating, waterborne epoxy resin coating, waterborne polyaniline anti-corrosion coating and waterborne graphene anti-corrosion coating.

个人简介:王海花,陕西科技大学教授,博士生导师,国际合作与交流处副处长,国际教育学院副院长;教育部留学回国人员,加拿大UNB大学博士后,英国巴斯大学和美国西北大学访问教授。荣获陕西省青年拔尖人才陕西省青年科技新星陕西省青年科技奖、第一届陕西省化学优秀青年奖陕西省优秀博士论文等。科研方面,至今主持完成科研项目21项,项目成果转化13次。作为第一完成人,获得中国轻工业联合会技术发明奖二等奖;参与研究成果亦获得多项奖励,其中陕西省科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖各1项,陕西省专利发明二等奖1项,中国轻工业联合会科学技术发明三等奖1项,咸阳市科学技术一等奖2项。至今在国内外知名期刊上发表文章133篇,其中SCIEI收录70余篇。授权发明专利29件, 5项专利技术得到成功转化。技术推广方面,研究成果已在陕西宝塔山油漆股份有限公司、成都杰晟属邦新材料有限公司、陕西邦希化工有限公司、中国石油长庆油田公司、成都印钞有限公司等行业龙头企业得到了成功转化
